Natural Medicine / Energy Medicine I am passionate about sharing, practicing, teaching, writing about, and studying natural healing methods. Formal studies in the healing arts began in 1989, after college, and since that time I have gone on to teach at 5 different healing arts schools as well as found my own center and school: Gaia School of Herbal Studies and Natural Therapeutics. I currently choose to enjoy a busy part time private practice , helping people of all ages, families, children, with a special focus of womens' health and well being for all ages of life. I believe a deeper healing takes place when natural therapeutics are offered with energy medicine, which is why I have pursued study and practice in both areas for nearly 20 years. In our current stressful times, this approach is truly needed - we are energy beings, with energetics affecting our entire lives and health. I have witnessed amazing reversals of chronic disease towards a new vitality by expanding and combining healing methods. The truth is, if you "do what you have always done, you will get what you have always have" - and if you really wish for things to change, you may very well need to look in another place for solutions. I was grew up in this southeast Michigan area . My workspace- office, apothecary, healing session room - is located in a private and quiet space where I make my home, amid the peace and sanctuary of private land surrounded by gardens, meadows, woodlands, a few minutes drive from the Ann Arbor city limits. |
